The Hundred Loves of Juliet BONUS CONTENT: Official Character Art
Character art by Sally Pham + another podcast, a Q&A interview, and photos from my event at Telegraph Hill Books!
Hello lovelies!!
I’ll be sending out some extra content in the next weeks, exclusive for you, my newsletter subscribers!
This week’s BONUS is official character art by the incredible Sally Pham! Many of you may remember that Sally was the artist of my Circle of Shadows character art in the FairyLoot box back in 2019.
Now, she has perfectly captured the pent-up yearning of Romeo and Juliet’s modern-day reincarnations as Sebastien and Helene, all against the backdrop of Italy. I love how she combined mediums, too, with a stylized photograph of Venice in the background and her drawing in the foreground.
Isn’t this stunning? Feel free to share it online or with your friends!
Telegraph Hill Books event
Thank you to those who came to Telegraph Hill Books in San Francisco! It was such a warm and intimate event with incredible conversation. And that bookstore space was stunning! If you’re ever in Little Italy in SF, make sure to pop into Telegraph Hill Books (they have an English language bookstore and an Italian language bookstore next door).
If you haven’t gotten a copy of The Hundred Loves of Juliet yet, you can do that here or anywhere that sells books:
Stories to Love podcast
I was a guest on another podcast recently—Stories to Love, hosted by author Tif Marcelo. On the podcast, I opened up about the inspiration for The Hundred Loves of Juliet, as well as talked about my affinity for epic love stories and my transition from YA to adult fiction. Have a listen on any podcast platform!
Q&A with Evelyn Skye
If you prefer reading rather than listening to interviews, I’m featured on The Reading Corner, a UK-based non-profit focusing on increasing literacy. You can read my interview here:
The next issue of my newsletter will be for all of you who have a sweet tooth… If you haven’t read The Hundred Loves of Juliet yet, you’d better get on it so that you know what I’m talking about when I reveal something wonderful from the fictional restaurant in the story, Axes & S’more…
xoxo,
